No fancy gear required! A yoga mat or soft floor is enough. I do advise you to buy yoga blocks resistance they are great help but they are not necessary for program. Every session includes no-equipment options - you can use something you can find in house - pillows, bath robe belt or even tights

Yes. Each video includes clear modifications and Level 1–3 options so you can work at the pace your body allows. If something doesn’t feel right, you simply skip or adjust—your safety and comfort come first.

How long are the workouts?
